Infomation regarding the Patient Portal

Would you like 24/7 secured access to your health records?  We feel this provides for better medical care and better communication with your health care providers.  Our electronic medical record system, eClinicalWorks, allows us to offer this service.  It is called "Patient Portal"

Here is a link to there web site to read more about this service - http://www.eclinicalworks.com/eclinicalworks8/portal.html

eClinicalWorks Web-based Patient Portal lets patients and doctors communicate easily, safely and securely over the Internet. Patients are given secure passwords that allow them to log into their physician's system to see their own private labs, send messages to the office staff and physician, and request appointments (you can't actually make your appointment but it is the next best thing).

This service does have its limitiations. You can only view labs that have been sent electronically from an approved lab company into you electronic chart.  Any documents or reports or notes that have been "scanned" in are unfortunately not available for viewing at this time.
