No matter what your favorite activity is, we have natural solutions that can help you recover faster and perform better.
Regenerative Injection Therapy
Regenerative Injection Therapy works to aid in the relief of persistent ligament, tendon, and joint discomfort in clients for which traditional treatments such as corticosteroid injections, joint adjustment, drug treatment, or physical therapy have not worked. Injection therapy can also be used in conjunction with standard treatments or alone to help prevent the need for surgery. Medical research shows success rates of 90-95% for the resolution of persistent discomfort with prolotherapy and PRP.

During a Regenerative Injection Therapy treatment, your blood platelets, or dextrose, b12, and procaine/lidocaine are injected into the impacted tendon, ligament, or joint. These treatments promote your body's growth factors which lead to a natural recovery of the affected location.
Trigger Point Therapy
Trigger points are areas within a muscle that tighten and cause a “muscle knot,” often leading to pain that is both localized and refers to other places (also known as referral pain). Trigger point therapy injections can help to lessen the muscle tightness and thus lessen the pain.
Prolotherapy (Proliferative Therapy)
Prolotherapy, short for proliferative therapy, is also known as regenerative joint injection therapy and as non-surgical ligament and tendon reconstruction therapy. When prolotherapy injections are given, natural substances are placed into the joints, ligaments, or tendons to help stimulate the body’s innate healing mechanisms, resulting first in inflammation and then the growth of new tissue, including collagen and cartilage. Local anesthetic agents are also used to help lessen the pain of the injections. Athletes and other individuals who have injured their joints, resulting in destabilization over time, often choose prolotherapy to address the cause of their joint instability and help to restore stability to the joints over a series of treatments.
Platelet Rich Plasma Joint Injection Therapy
A Regenerative Joint Injection Therapy Platelet Rich Plasma is a technique used to help treat degenerative joint disease, ligament laxity, and musculoskeletal pain. This method involves drawing your blood, centrifuging the blood to isolate platelets and growth factors, and then rejecting the solution into the site that needs treatment.

What conditions can PRP treat?

  • Musculoskeletal pain: shoulder, knee, low back, tight muscles, tendinitis, tendinosis, partial rotator cuff tears, trigger points.
  • Joint Pain:  shoulder, elbow, wrist, fingers, hip, knee, ankle, and toes.
  • Degenerative joint diseases: osteoarthritis, carpal tunnel, partial meniscus and labrum tears
  • Ligament laxity: partial ligament tears: anterior cruciate ligament (ACL), medial/lateral cruciate ligament (MCL/LCL), and Sacroiliac (SI).

How Does PRP Work? Your blood contains both platelets and growth factors that help heal and remodel your body, but areas like ligaments and joints have poor vascular support (blood flow). Due to the low amount of blood flow to these regions, growth factors and platelets reach these sites in lower concentrations. This results in these areas having more pain and needing more time to regenerate.

Average blood has a platelet concentration of about 200,000 per microliter. The Platelet Rich Plasma can exceed 2 million platelets per microliter. By injecting the PRP into the treated areas, we are not only providing an area with little vascular support nutrients but also 10x the average amount. This leads to a decrease in pain, decrease in healing time, and increase the integrity of the structures.

When the PRP is injected into the body, the inflammation causes some cells in the area to be destroyed. When these cells are damaged, they release cytokines. Cytokines are messengers to the body that something has gone wrong, and that growth factors and stem cells should be brought to the area to heal the damage. In this sense, PRP not only gives direct support through the platelets in growth factors in the solution, but it encourages the body to remodel the treatment area on its own continuously.
