Dr. Nikodemas McNulty, Licensed Naturopathic Medical Doctor & Founder

Nikodemas McNulty, ND

Licensed Naturopathic Medical Doctor

Founder of Nature & Science Medicine (N&SM) & Clinical Administrator

Specialities: IV Therapy

Dr. Nikodemas McNulty’s passion for helping people drove his interest in medicine from an early age. He initially envisioned a career as a surgeon. However, while working in prostate and bladder cancer research at the University of South Florida, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Science, Dr. McNulty observed limitations of modern cancer research that inspired him to explore natural medicine – a care system that strives to find the root cause of disease by understanding the body, mind, and spirit of the person.

Dr. McNulty’s expertise in customized IV treatments enables him to help patients with ailments ranging from food sensitivities, fatigue or nutrient deficiency to cancer and chronic illnesses. He provides pain and symptom management for cancer patients at all stages – regularly receiving referrals from medical doctors at Scripps and UCSD to provide supportive treatment to patients undergoing cancer therapies. He works with patients diagnosed with severe neurological disorders such as Parkinson's and Alzheimer's to slow the progression and provide relief. He helps patients combatting addiction with detox and the alleviation of withdrawal response symptoms.

Dr. McNulty earned his Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (NMD) degree and completed his residency at Bastyr University – the world's leading academic center for naturopathic medicine, with campuses in Seattle and San Diego. Bastyr is internationally renowned for its rigorous curriculum, comprehensive clinical training and groundbreaking research that combines conventional diagnostic testing with natural treatments. While building his medical practice, Dr. McNulty taught Advanced IV Therapy and supervised Student Clinician shifts at Bastyr university for four years. When he isn't working, Dr. McNulty can be found in the great outdoors, surfing, in the local deserts and mountains, and occasionally in the forests of Washington.
